Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and climate-positive innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 2026 market-readiness
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech applications
- Forge strategic partnerships with DARPA, EU Horizon, and private innovation ecosystems
- Present findings to Fortune 500 executives and UN technology councils
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Social Science
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with 3+ in quantum/AI governance roles
- Published research on technological singularity mitigation or post-scarcity economics
- Expertise in scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Palantir, GPT-4 Enterprise, Metaculus)
- Security clearance (or eligibility) for classified innovation projects
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to commercialization
