Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map 2026 technology adoption curves and market shifts
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive trends in decentralized systems and sustainable tech
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen user experiences for 2026+ interfaces
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of work, ethics, and human augmentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps (minimum 5-year horizon)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in human-centered design and futurecasting techniques
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
- Presentation skills delivering to executive audiences with complex technical concepts
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management a plus
