- Collaborate with R&D to translate emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) into viable solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or tech consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with futures methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Track record of launching successful future-facing products
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic innovation projects
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., IXL, CIP) preferred
