Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market entry
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year innovation roadmap aligned with corporate vision and market gaps
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate promising startups into our ecosystem
- Produce quarterly trend reports highlighting paradigm shifts affecting our industry verticals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of implementing 3+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
