Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026 technological and societal shifts using AI-driven scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps with 2026 strategic goals
- Research and synthesize global megatrends in biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure
- Create white papers and thought leadership content positioning clients as 2026 industry pioneers
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and KPI tracking
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and ethical innovation principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on 2020-2030 technology trajectories or climate adaptation strategies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and AI analytics platforms
- Experience securing innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, or EU Horizon Europe
- Certification in Systems Thinking or Design Thinking methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
