- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market disruption potential
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 industry benchmarks
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier tech publications and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least two disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation circles
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
