- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive threats
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across strategic initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to board stakeholders and investor groups
- Mentor talent in future-proof methodologies and agile transformation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
