Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with proven 5+ year strategic planning success
- Expertise in quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech domains
- Executive experience in scaling R&D initiatives to $10M+ budgets
- Published thought leader with 10+ industry white papers or patents
- Track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Tech Sourcing)
