- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state technologies
- Deliver executive briefings on disruption risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of innovation pioneers
- Quantify market readiness for futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption curves
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in innovation forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-state implementations
- Proficiency in data visualization tools for complex systems
