Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present futuristic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor emerging futurists and cultivate a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Future Studies, Tech Review)
- Proven track record scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Experience with emerging tech: quantum, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
