- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Champion design thinking methodologies for future-state problem solving
- Measure and communicate ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive trend modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking (preferred)
