Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on future-tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published research in quantum/AI/blockchain with 50+ citations
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive strategies
- Portfolio of implemented tech transformation projects with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and governance frameworks for emerging tech
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
