- Author thought leadership publications and present at global tech conferences
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across all business units

- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI ethics)
- Published thought leader in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
