Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2035 corporate strategy framework
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts through proprietary horizon-scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and policy forums
- Mentor a team of trend analysts and scenario planners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum computing, or climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) required
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Gartner)
