- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers published in top-tier journals
- Design predictive models for market evolution and risk assessment
- Interface with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Maintain Horizon's proprietary trend intelligence database
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent domains
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
