Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to map technology, economic, and societal trends through 2026+
- Lead scenario planning initiatives to anticipate disruptors and market evolutions across global markets
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into innovation pipelines and roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and present findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Design and execute horizon-scanning processes to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Quantify future risks and opportunities using predictive modeling and data-driven methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption mapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience publishing in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations for Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
