Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and finance teams
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate resilience
- Present executive briefings translating futures research into strategic priorities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting impact on business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience leading cross-geographical, cross-functional initiatives
