Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients

- Produce white papers and thought leadership on disruptive innovations
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists and domain experts
- Present findings at global industry summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience with Delphi methods and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
