Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across multiple sectors
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast societal and market shifts affecting 2026
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable business models aligned with 2030 UN goals
- Present visionary strategies to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Curate and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented strategic foresight projects
