Responsibilities

- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for 2026 market disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on next-generation business models
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state forecasts or strategic roadmaps
