Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotechnology) and their impact on 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans with quantifiable KPIs for 3-5 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging market opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists and build futurism capabilities across the organization
- Present findings to investors, boards, and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
