What you'll achieve:

- Shape product roadmaps based on horizon-scanning research and scenario modeling
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, biotech convergence) and translate implications for business strategy
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across 12 emerging industries to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and execute scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Develop proprietary forecasting models using quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Present strategic foresight findings to board members through dynamic storytelling frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated market shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future-of-work implications
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socio-economic forces shaping 2026+
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic initiatives from trend identification to execution
