- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and scenario analysis for C-suite stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning emerging opportunities with company objectives
- Establish KPIs to track the accuracy of long-term predictions and model adjustments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Pioneer methodologies for quantifying intangible future variables (e.g., regulatory shifts, social adoption curves)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Proficient with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated success translating complex futures into business-critical strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technology disruption topics
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
