Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive forces and opportunities
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on 3-year innovation sprints
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for prototyping future scenarios
- Present at Davos, TED, and UN forums on sustainable futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with portfolio of 2026+ implementations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published author on exponential technologies or climate adaptation
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (Shell, Delphi, STEEP)
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI and quantum algorithm design
- Track record of scaling solutions from concept to billion-dollar impact
- Certification in futures forecasting (ACF or APF preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-proofed products/services
