Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios for 2026+ across technology and societal domains
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive innovations in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate adaptation
- Translate foresight insights into strategic product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D innovation
- Proven track record of developing credible future scenarios for 2025+ timelines
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative research skills with data-driven analytical capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
