Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic frameworks using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging societal and technological paradigms
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and scenario planners
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting 2026+ business landscapes
- Design agile adaptation protocols for rapid market evolution post-2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Proven track record in scenario planning and long-term horizon scanning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with predictive modeling tools and scenario simulation platforms
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or innovation roadmaps required
