Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and human augmentation systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex projects
- Published work in futurism or technology ethics publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) preferred
