Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps across technology, market, and socio-economic domains
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive forces and paradigm shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision execution
- Produce foresight reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs to track strategic progress toward 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
- Experience with global trend databases (e.g., Gartner, WEF)
