- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce trend briefings and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-concept validation initiatives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Represent company at futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in translating futuristic concepts to executable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
