As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies and cross-disciplinary insights to deliver actionable strategic frameworks. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to anticipate disruptions, identify untapped opportunities, and navigate complex geopolitical and technological shifts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and executive presentations on future-proofing enterprises
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through advanced modeling and predictive analytics
- Advise executive leadership on long-term innovation investments and organizational transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, innovation management, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks for 2025+
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
