Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design immersive future-state workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Author white papers on emerging socio-technological paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions targeting 2026 markets
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future ROI for strategic innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published research on emerging technology adoption patterns (2018-2024)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Trend Hunter)
- Track record of implementing future-focused strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
