Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership

- Track record of predicting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Proficiency in trend-forecasting platforms (Gartner, Forrester)
