Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and quantify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) impacting 2026 markets
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, climate, and socio-economic variables
- Produce annual '2026 State of Future' reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight analytics platform
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic briefings to investment committees
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s megatrends
- MSc/MBA from top-tier institution with focus on technology forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Map, Kumu)
- Track record advising C-suite on market transformation
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex futures
