Responsibilities
- Forecast global technology and societal trends through 2026 using advanced data modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, climate adaptation, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future demands
- Produce visionary white papers and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies for potential partnerships
- Design resilience strategies against systemic risks (resource scarcity, geopolitical shifts)
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, space)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into actionable strategies
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
