Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for long-term strategic positioning in emerging markets
- Design and execute innovation workshops to cross-pollinate ideas across departments
- Produce forward-looking reports and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing future market needs
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
