Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce trend reports and innovation frameworks for internal R&D teams
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Portfolio of 3+ complex scenario-planning projects
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
