Responsibilities
- Architect and publish annual 2026 Futurist Strategy Report with predictive market analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop AI-powered trend forecasting models using quantum computing datasets
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into 5-year roadmaps
- Host executive briefings on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought leaders
- Drive corporate foresight initiatives across 15+ international markets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications (HBR, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Exceptional storytelling ability for complex future concepts
