- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Produce actionable reports on market shifts, regulatory impacts, and technological convergence points
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, blockchain)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech strategy publications
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Millennium Project, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic roadmaps for 2025+ initiatives
