- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D acceleration
- Design talent acquisition strategies for roles that don't yet exist
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling and interactive dashboards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotechnology, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills using tools like Tableau
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/SCIP preferred)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology implications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on 5-10 year strategic horizons
