Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for disruptive technologies and societal shifts through quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026 market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Present foresight frameworks to investors and executive leadership
- Establish KPIs for tracking trajectory accuracy and strategic pivots
- Author white papers on emerging paradigm shifts
- Build partnerships with academic and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with C-suite exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published author or thought leader in futurism/innovation spaces
