Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework analyzing AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for the executive board on emerging market disruptions and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product development roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen innovation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech conferences
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term technology adoption
- Design scenarios for human-AI collaboration paradigms post-2025
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic initiatives
