Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps and scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused innovation priorities
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress toward 2026 strategic objectives
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and scout disruptive startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
