Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and socio-economic trends through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused products with 5-10 year market vision
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with design, engineering, and policy experts
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios using data-driven methods
