Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Develop proprietary trend-forecasting algorithms using AI/ML tools
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on future disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Proven track record of developing predictive market models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformation
