Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging digital ecosystems
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026 market positioning and competitive advantage

- Collaborate with R&D to translate future insights into product innovation roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging paradigms and their business implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive communication mastery
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
