Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, geopolitical shifts, and societal trends to map 2026-2030 strategic landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite clients across AI, climate tech, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof organizational models
- Author high-impact foresight reports and white papers for industry thought leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions addressing 2026 challenges
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex scenarios to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, systems thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
