Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Partner with C-suite executives to align corporate strategy with future market shifts
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused researchers and analysts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier publications
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in matrixed organizations

- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
