Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in next-gen industries
- Produce forward-looking white papers and predictive models for C-suite executives
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism summits and tech policy forums
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and weak signal analysis
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning software)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
