Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop data-driven future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for C-suite leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, journals)
- Experience with emerging tech: quantum computing, biotech, AGI, or climate tech
