Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Advect C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational structures
- Monitor global signals (policy shifts, tech breakthroughs, cultural movements) for early pattern detection
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate tech)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business frameworks
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience advising C-level executives on transformational change
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
